Prioritize tension reduction. Stressing conditions can momentarily cause your blood pressure to increase. However, your blood pressure will stay high if you continue to be stressed. Find relaxing activities to help you alleviate tension every day. Colour, walk out, listen to soothing music and even a warm bath will help you to reduce stress levels.
